So I heard some interesting feedback this afternoon from the sales manager of Loaded, one of our exclusive New Zealand stockist of Cassius Eyewear. It seems that she went to Australia a couple of weeks ago sporting our Cassius Corbu, in slate (which I hear she’s been wearing a lot! – and her best friend saw them and said “fuuuck, you know I have been trying to get hold of a pair of those for months!” (or something along those lines). Seems like our stockist there had sold out when her friend visited the store. She’s also been asked by the Australian guys that do Carhartt, if they could buy a few pairs direct from her at Loaded in Auckland as Cassius Eyewear is rare as hen’s teeth over there.
All great feedback and it’s rad to hear that we’re in demand BUT I do think we need to sort out our neighbours across the Tasman Sea as soon as possible so we’re currently in negotiation with a few distributors – stay tuned.
